This is so cool. It shows how to make a book (including manual typesetting) from about 60 years ago. Sometimes you forget just how far the production of information has come.

Typesetting, melted metal molds, wax impressions, copper plates… even table saws (!) — all before the printing press ever gets involved — followed by folding, gathering, sewing, trimming, and covering.

Cool, and now you just press Ctrl+P… How far we have gone!
It makes me appreciate the handicraft of all of my 100 year old books in my bookshelves. They just don’t have great content.
