  1. Typesetting, melted metal molds, wax impressions, copper plates… even table saws (!) — all before the printing press ever gets involved — followed by folding, gathering, sewing, trimming, and covering.

  2. Cool, and now you just press Ctrl+P… How far we have gone!
    It makes me appreciate the handicraft of all of my 100 year old books in my bookshelves. They just don’t have great content.
